dojoxGlobalResizeHelper

  • fadeIn->beforeBegin
  • fadeOut->onEnd

setStyle to domNode is defect.

(In [20169]) fixes #9804 by taking advantage of the new node being passed to the animation callbacks. thanks @leobm for noticing. Fixes apparently sporattic inavailablity of the resizehandle after resizing it seems \!strict
