    11I'd like to see a custom scrollbar implementation added to dojo.  Primarily for themeing reasons.  It should allow:

    3 -image as the scrollbar (ideally a top image, middle stretchable image, and bottom image to build a full scrollbar)
    4 -image as the background
    5 -image as the top, left, right, and bottom arrows
    6 -allow the background to scroll with the scrollbar (this may be requested by few people but for me it would add a very nice effect where i'm using it)
    7 -scroll wheel support
    8 -work on stack containers (flexcroll is very buggy here, dojo's shouldn't be), and other invisible divs as they become visible
