dojo.io.script ioCheck function does not use frameDoc

Description

If i use an iframe do script load and set checkString parameter.
dojo.io.script can not detect it has been loaded because it do not use the frameDoc to test whether the checkString exist.

Doing javascript tests across frames can be dangerous and lead to subtle bugs. I believe the right way to do this now in Dojo 1.4 is to not use checkstring anymore: the Dojo 1.4 dojo.io.script now correctly detects the onload tag on script tags, so no need to use checkstring anymore.
