Description

Just like in a Select or filtering select, there needs to be a way not to have any radiobutton selected in Dojox.form.CheckedMultiSelect? (when it is setup to be single choice).

May be a an attribute noSelectOnStartup or something

Reason is simple. As in many cases for Rich web client, my code senses if a user made a modification or not, and only if User modified a value, the code triggers data to be sent to the server.

If for example in YES/NO scenario for which I use the CheckedMultiSelect?, YES is always highlighted, then the user will not press the 'YES' radio button thinking that he is satisfied with the choice. However that breaks my code because now I think he did not make the selection.

Of course in the old way of doing web pages, the whole page gets sends out on POST, but in Rich Ajax apps that dojo lets me built -- I need to have more capabilities on the client side.

this is very critical to me, as most of my design centers around the fact that only minimal data gets sent out

Great request - but I'll need to think about the best way to handle this - probably won't be able to make it in for 1.4...
