just went myself and checked opera 9.25 then upgraded to opera 9.63 (been meaning to) and checked. no errors for me? checked ff3.0.6 as well.

also just checked http://archive.dojotoolkit.org/nightly/dojotoolkit/dojo/tests/runTests.html in 9.63, and there were some weird dojo.query + xml errors, but nothing wrong with animation code.

can you provide more info about the browser version etc being used?

Thanks dante. I am testing with Opera 9.52.

So I can't find a 9.52 binary. Is this shipped default with some linux distro? I am going to mark this as invalid, unless this otherwise pops up in other Opera versions.
