ExpandoPane: layout on IE6 messed up

On IE6, in test_ExpandoPane.html, the layout of the TabContainer inside the ExpandoPane is messed up:

Hopefully this will be fixed along with the changes to defer any sizing calculations until the first resize call.

• fix typo in the expression for w
• use ContentPane?._layoutChildren()
• need to set _contentBox size (to the size of the container) because ContentPane? references that variable.

For some reason the search bar in test_ExpandoPane.html still isn't full width on IE6 but other than that it seems to be working.
