Description

Load the raw checkout in IE8, for instance:

​http://archive.dojotoolkit.org/dojo-2009-01-19/checkout/util/doh/runner.html?testModule=dojo.tests.module

IE8 says: "Error: Could not load 'dojo._base.array'; last tried './_base/array.js'"

Error does not occur prior to [16407].
