Description
dojox.presentation.* was originally a powerpoint-alike style presentation system. The last time it credibly function in any real sense was sometime in the 0.4.x days, and it has languished ever since. We need to stop shipping it with DojoX as it kinda makes the whole project look bad (under th broken window theory).
Demote to dojoc instead.

fixes #8327 - dojox.presentation is now located in dojoc.sandbox.presentation as an export from immediately before this deletion. removing an experimental broken and unmaintained widget without deprecation (officially).
