#8163 closed defect (duplicate)

dojo.query("#foo #bar") returns #bar outside of #foo

Reported by: Matt Sgarlata Owned by: alex

dojo.query("#foo #bar") always returns bar regardless of whether or not foo is in fact an ancestor of bar. I found this behavior in both IE6 and FF3. I am working off revision 15826 (which is the trunk from sometime during the week of Nov 17)

Test case attached.
