Scrub Dojo for CSS extensions that in IE 8 require a -ms prefix now:

Do we have a strategy for dealing with these? Sounds like we need to have double listings for any of these properties now? :(

That's correct, we need double listings, although I don't think these are very common, except for opacity, which has already been addressed. As a matter of fact I would bet that the only other issue is word-wrap.

Note that as of IE8 RC1 the plain "filter" clause seems to be supported again, and perhaps all the old extensions are supported. Maybe Microsoft got nervous about all the old pages breaking.

So we might not need to make this change, which, although correct in principle, in practical terms will just add more CSS rules without any benefit.
