#7496 closed defect (fixed)

Incomplete API docs for dojo.io.iframe

Reported by: Josh Trutwin Owned by: James Burke
Priority: high Milestone: 1.2
Component: Doc parser Version: 1.1.1

Description

In particular, the send() method is not documented. Not sure if this is an error in the API documentation generator or if these are specific to 1.2 and send() function is gone?

dup of #6748

fwiw, the docs are there: http://api-staging.dojotoolkit.org/dojo.io.iframe.send

link available from: http://api-staging.dojotoolkit.org/jsdoc/dojo/HEAD/dojo.io.iframe

api-staging is a test place to determine updated docs, so this (and the referenced ticket) can be closed.

I would like to tweak this a bit more: I want the dojo.io.iframe.ioArgs to show they derive from dojo.ioArgs. Hopefully I can use a dojo.declare for the comment to show the relationship?

Also need to do the same for dojo.io.script.

(In [14968]) Fix the iframe.ioArgs documentation definition. Refs #7496, !strict.

(In [15042]) Refs #7496: Make sure dojo.io.script documents the io args in the same way dojo.io.iframe and dojo.xhrArgs does too, so that dojo.IoArgs shows up as parent.
