Include the urchin helper in dojox.analytics, based on the code used/discussed at my blog: {{{ ​http://higginsforpresident.net/2008/06/google-analytics-after-onload/ }}}

(In [14006]) fixes #6966 - initial checkin of my analytics lazy loader thinger. note: UA-123456-7 is "fake", but thinking about it may very well be someone's real #. Not sure if Dojo has a dojotoolkit.org tracker number, but we may substitute that in the tests ...
