Mixed line endings in some files causes Subversion failures

Description

There are files all over the place (in 1.1) that have mixed line endings (CRLF, LF, CR)... When you try to insert dojo into subversion, at least with the Tortoise SVN client on Windows, those files will be rejected.

One such case is found in: dojox/chart*/*3d/Bars.js , and Cylinders.js

FYI: I find that the unix 'file' command can help identify files differernt line endinsgs.
