Description

After making the patch for #6596 I got carried away and starting poking around other dijit .js files, and came up with this patch slightly optimizing and tweaking some older dijit code.

The attached patch contains the fix for #6596 as well.

(In [13410]) fixes #6596 - add the ability to access Tooltip srcNode's via standard css. partially refs #6597, which will come in as several checkins pending full testing for each widget modified. iirc, this patch received explict, though hesitant, approval.
