Description
In a page containing a form where the third form element is a textarea, which has been dojo-ed, you cannot enter any text into the textarea until you first click on either the center-justify or right-justify buttons. Only then can you get a cursor to appear in the RTEditor window.
Using Firefox on WinXP.

Hmm, he seems to be talking about a form with a RichText? widget on it; wish he had supplied a testcase, but this sounds like a bug I saw reported before, about having to click (twice) on RichText? widget before being able to use it. Probably about IE requiring a click to activate the ActiveX control?
Passing to Liucougar.
