I threw in a title and an hr in the linkdialog plugin. I think it looks much better. Yeah, there's a tooltip over the button, but that's only good if the user hovers, and it doesn't help you when you're just looking at the screen.
Do you guys like this? Should we do the same thing for the foreground/background dialogs and any other dialogs? It would probably be good to be consistent on this either way -- if you think it doesn't belong there, I'll remove it.
a11y has a title concept for TooltipDialogs?, but as I mentioned to Becky, I found this to be confusing for the sighted user, since it causes a popup to appear anywhere in the dialog, even when you're hovering over a specific input control or the submit button.

Font dropdowns are different and currently have a label in-line, so they wouldn't necessarily be part of this change (though I suppose they could be) Right now, I think the only other thing that's in play are the color pickers.

It's probably a good idea, but closing this because it's unlikely we'll support our own editor for Dojo V2. If someone else wants to do these cosmetic changes they are welcome to.
To do this would need for all the drop downs (font select list, color picker, etc) to be inside of a TooltipDialog?, which is a rather big change. It is something Torrey and I discussed at some point but nothing farther than that. Leaving open for consideration in 2.0. (I'm fine with having titles in the drop downs that are TooltipDialogs?: url and image)
