Insert Image plugin for dijit.Editor

to make use of the dojox.image.* subproject. Use the ThumbnailPicker? in conjunction with dojo.data to provide a way to insert images from a service, like flickr or some other dojo.data source. Probably a good idea to provide a tabbed interface or some way to still provide a plain image url (perhaps with a lightbox preview?)

perhaps the editor plugin itself could live in the dojox.image project?
