[dojox] port implode/explode animations

Explode and Implode are very cool feature I think. I don't know the reason why 1.0 remove those cool feature even 0.4 have it.

I hope to use those feature with 1.0 contineously. Also those feature will make some other peoples happy.

I add patch file Even it work without any error, It didn't show any animation effect. I don't know the reason

Now I have working Explode/Implode? patch.

For FF and IE6 I tested and works good !

Umm updated patch doesn't work correctly with IE. dojo.coords(node) show different behavior between FF and ID. and it didn't get the correct position of the start and end at IE.
