Update tundra graphics

Description

Tundra graphics are a bit lacking. The gradients are a bit flat.

Also should rework the css file removing duplicate and bloated rules where possible to reduce file size.

(In [11646]) refs #5254 - Big visual updates to Tundra. Making the gradients stand out more and updating a lot of the arrow graphics as well as adjusting what little colors the theme has to a more vibrant hue and saturation.

Also includes update to the graphics for the tree widget
