dojo.addOnLoad() fails with IE6 SP2

Description

I'm trying to use the dojo.addOnLoad() function so my code will execute after dojo loads. This function works fine on Firefox, IE 7, and even IE 6 SP1; however, nothing happens on IE 6 SP2. Our web app supports IE6 SP2 and above, but I'm getting a blank page because my script has not been executed.

Note that I get the same result using dojo.connect(window, "onload", function(){alert("Hello")}).

Version: 6.0.3790.3959
Update Versions: SP2
Example:

<html>
<head>
<script type="text/javascript" src="dojo-0.9.0/dojo/dojo.js.uncompressed.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">

dojo.addOnLoad(function() {alert("Hello")});

</script>
</head>
<body>
<form>
This is a test of the dojo.addOnLoad() function.
</form>
</body>
</html>

It seems to work fine for me on IE 6 SP2. Perhaps can you give more information? Is JavaScript? turned on? Does other JavaScript? work? Any yellow info bar on the top of the page (it can show up if you are running the test off of local disk)?

Looks like there may be some URL blocking going on. Sorry for the noise.
