Description

Generalize Editor2Toolbar to be used for any toolbars, but using topics rather than proprietary registration mechanism.

Don't use dots in id's, as it makes it hard or impossible to query them via a selector, i.e. via dojo.query(). Also, don't depend on dom.byId() etc. being automatically mapped to point to the robot document. Refs #3081.
