Description
The dojo datetime picker is not very good. Maybe take a look at a brilliant FREE js picker at http://www.dynarch.com/projects/calendar/
I think it will be a good idea to include this calendar to dojo distribution.

"not very good" isn't sufficient criticism (and we're not taking this personally) Can you be a bit more specific?
The FREE picker you cite is GPL. Can't do GPL. And frankly, I don't think it's that much better than our old v0.4 DatePicker? or what the new v0.9 Calendar strives to be. FWIW, the new Calendar template could be customized to look a lot like the one you reference, if it's a look and feel thing you're after.
What we do need is an integrated time picker, IMO. But there are other tickets on that. (#1872)
If you have specific criticisms of the current design, let's discuss on the Dijit forums.
