[Calendar] Multiple Calendars overwrite each other

When you change the month or year on one calendar, the days and styles on all of the calendars change. Here is the test I used. Also notice that the second and third calendars are solid blue.

	<title>Calendar Widget Demo</title>

	<style type="text/css">
		@import "../../../dojo/resources/dojo.css";
		@import "../../themes/tundra/tundra.css";
		/*FIXME: should we have to manually include Calendar.css?*/
		@import "../../form/templates/Calendar.css";
	<script type="text/javascript" src="../../../dojo/dojo.js"
		djConfig="isDebug: true"></script>
	<script type="text/javascript">
		dojo.require("dijit.util.parser"); // scan page for widgets

		function myHandler(id,newValue){
			console.debug("onValueChanged for id = " + id + ", value: " + newValue);
<body class="tundra">

<input id="calendar" dojoType="dijit.form.Calendar" onValueChanged="myHandler(,arguments[0])">
These links will
<a href="#" onClick="dijit.byId('calendar').disable()">disable</a>
<a href="#" onClick="dijit.byId('calendar').enable()">enable</a>
the text area above.
<input id="calendar2" dojoType="dijit.form.Calendar">
<p>Dynamic Calendar</p>
<input id="dynamiccalendar">
new dijit.form.Calendar({}, document.getElementById('dynamiccalendar'));

(In [8549]) Fix a couple more dojo.query scopes so multiple calendars render properly. Fixes #2980
