Editor2: use of FloatingPane dialog when a normal dialog will do

Reported by: alex Owned by: liucougar

Component: Editor Version: 0.4.2

Description

There's far too much "chrome" on the screen for the link addition and image addition plugins. It's inexplicable that we need to pull in SO MUCH code for such simple form-based UIs. It's distracting and a poor experience.

Actually the ModalFloatingPane? functionality (movability) is being rolled into normal Dialog for Dijit, and FloatingPane? won't be ported at all.

But having said that I asked Cougar to use the TooltipDialog? (http://dojotoolkit.org/developer/dijit/spec/tooltip-dialog) for adding links.

Alex is addressing this in the dijit.Editor rewrite using TooltipDialog?
