I'm gonna mark this bug as fixed, since the remaining issue is listed as another bug (see #2853). Although we still need a spec on it (or just documentation in the book).
I'm trying to list a track record for each piece of functionality in dijit so I want a bug that like this one that says "implement ProgressBar?".
