I need to look over the current code because I'm not sure if we want all the editor functionality as part of dijit.

The editor is (minimally) landed for 0.9 beta. I'll file a separate bug to track enhancements to the Beta release for 0.9 final. Marking this one fixed.

(In [9783]) Put in URL validation for link textbox. The length of the required regex makes me regret not including the old 0.4 validation routines in 0.9.

Also, tooltip on TooltipDialog? is questionable aesthetically but I'm curious what others think. Could be replaced by plain boilerplate text, are an inline error in the original tooltip?
