Description

The CSS selector which puts dotted borders around tables/cells with 0 border prevents any RULES attribute from being seen (rules="cols", rules="rows" or rules="all"). Can the selector be fixed/expanded?

Can I get an example or testcase of this please? While I think I get what you are saying, I want to make sure I'm actually addressing the issue.

A simple example:

<table rules="all" width="100%"><tbody>
<tr><td><br></td><td><br></td></tr><tr><td><br></td><td><br></td></tr>
</tbody></table>

In the editor, all you see is the light grey dots around cells, which obscures the rules (the rules are visible when not in the editor).

setting the css:

:focus { outline: 0; }

hides the focus box in FF [and others] ... not a good idea on all things, but on some things [like focus on a Dialog, PopUpDialog?, TitlePane?'s Body, etc] it should probably be hidden for aesthetics.

any thoughts on this one, is it still relevant for 0.9?

punt. we're not currently mucking with much focus style settings (letter the browser do what it naturally would, or allowing the user to do as they choose with the css), but as 1.0 gets closer, may want to re-address as "polish" if it is still an issue.
