Ah, PageContainer? is setting the width/height of it's children but without having them be position:relative, and for some reason that messes up IE. (I'm sure this is documented somewhere on quirksmode but I don't know where.)

(In [6755]) Fixes #2033. The PageContainer? sets the size (width/height) of the ContentPane?, and then (somehow) the left/top properties get set too, according to DOM Explorer. Then apparently IE goes haywire since top/left are set but position is neither absolute nor relative. In any case, setting position:relative fixes the problem.
