Description

1) Using IE6, go to:

http://archive.dojotoolkit.org/nightly/tests/widget/test_FloatingPaneCode.html

2) Drag the "Debug output" window slightly to the right (direction of drag doesn't matter to the bug, but dragging to the right makes it clearer.

3) Window will jump to the far left of the page. Subsequent drags will be fine.

Summary: Floating pane widget jumps to left side of page in IE6Dragged objects jump if positioned using "right" or "bottom" style attributes

It's a DnD bug, but just that for absolutely positioned elements, you need to specify left/top, not right or bottom (for the style). I figured we should just make that a limitation of the DnD code but I guess we could try to fix it. The situation is complicated by DnD supporting both position: absolute and position: relative (and position: static) objects.
