Dojo cldr monetary currency PKR Decimal(placesData) has value 0 actual value should be 2 decimal places

Description

For Currency PKR the decimal places is defined as 0 in dojo.cldr.monetary file. According to standard PKR should have 2 decimal places http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217

Hi @mohandm0, you should probably report this to http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/browser/trunk/common/supplemental/supplementalData.xml since this is where we get our data, and it lists it as 0 places. I do confirm from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217 that it should be two places, and I will update it in our local copy, but unless this gets fixed upstream at unicode, this fix may get unfixed later.

@mohandm0, I opened http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/ticket/9141 for the upstream issue.

@mohandm0, http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/ticket/9141 has requested more information or evidence that the usage of two decimal places is common for pkr. Could you please either provide additional information here or in the unicode ticket? Thanks!
