This issue is occurring on a windows phone:

you can use an official dojo mobile sample to reproduce: http://demos.dojotoolkit.org/demos/mobileOpenLayers/demo.html

Try zooming in/out by clicking on the +- buttons or zoom in/out with touch zoom. No zoom/touch zoom actions can be performed.

Nexus 4 works fine.

There are two things here, the fact buttons do not work, I think this one is actually a duplicate of #18346 and the fact touch on the maps is not working. That one is different as the touch on the map is a priori not managed by dojox/mobile. I guess this issue should be kept for that second part which is map specific and the button problem should be dealt with in #18346.

Hi guys, any plans on fixing this issue soon? This issue is very critical for us, since we have a requirement from our customer to support the windows phone. Thanks a lot.

Have you read about workaround listed on #18346 it should help with the button issue?

thanks. yes, the button issue is working with the workaround, but the pinch zoom is not working and the double tap zoom is not working either on the Windows Phone. We are building a map mobile application with the dojox/mobile components and this is really a blocking issue for us.
