dojox/mobile/ComboBox - Unnecessary page scrolling when drop down opened on iOS8

Description

In iOS8 Safari, dojox/mobile/ComboBox will unnecessarily scroll the screen when the drop down is opened. This can be seen by opening http://archive.dojotoolkit.org/nightly/checkout/dojox/mobile/tests/test_ComboBox-sv.html in iOS8 and comparing it to an iOS7 device.

ComboBox? being experimental I'm not sure how much time we will spend looking into this, but if you have a fix feel free to contribute it.

Milestone: tbd1.10.3

Backported to 1.10. Does not cleanly apply to 1.9, so did not backport further at this time.

dylan, if you still remember, could you elaborate about why it didn't cleanly apply to 1.9?

@Adrian, I'm not sure, because it does look like it should cleanly apply, but cherry-pick was giving me a conflict. It's entirely possible it was my mistake, so feel free to backport it of course.

Okay, thanks Dylan. I asked because at a quick testing (with the change done by hand, not cherry-picked), it did seem effective with the latest 1.9 too. I'll further check it.
