Not even sure this is fixable, to be honest; client-side rounded corners are really a bad solution. Frankly I think you should be using the CSS3 version (both Moz and Saf support it, iirc), but...we'll see.

    11The rounded corners effect doesn't work until after the page appears to have loaded.  The net effect is that when you load a page using the rounded corners effect, you see the corners during the load process and then see them convert to rounded corners once the page load is complete.
