Description

IE11 unprefixes pointer events which breaks code that relies on specific prefixed pointer event types.

Note: changes not needed on dijit 1.8 because it doesn't user pointer events at all (just mouse events).

Likewise, dojo/touch in 1.8 doesn't listen to pointer events either, just touch* and mouse*.
