From the _load: function()

first line : display loading message this._setContent(this.onDownloadStart(), true);

give an error and cause the contentpane created programactically doesn't load the content.

assuming it should call this.loadingMessage instead.

Not too sure does dojox/layout/ContentPane is having the same problem or not.

Yet to test.

You'll need to attach a full stand alone test case.

Update with the test page (page.html & test.html).

The source is using CDN version and need to run under a webserver.

Thanks.

Here's the doc for onDownloadStart:

onDownloadStart: function(){
	// summary:
	//		Called before download starts.
	// description:
	// The string returned by this function will be the html
	// that tells the user we are loading something.
	// Override with your own function if you want to change text.
	// tags:
	//		extension
	return this.loadingMessage;
},

As you can see, it's supposed to return a string. Yet you are overriding it and not returning anything.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
