The onclick handler in _TimePicker

Summary: Dojo datetextbox doesn't work in Chrome if body has a tabindex attribute defined.DateTextBox: doesn't work in Chrome if body has a tabindex attribute defined.

Interesting. Well, the mousedown on the calendar popup is causing a focus event on <html>, which makes dijit/focus close the drop down. Thus it never gets the mouseup, and thus there's no click event. I suspect it will be the same issue with any or many drop downs.

It's rather odd to put a tabIndex on <html> Why are you doing that?
