#15791 closed defect (fixed)

TitlePane: should not stop event for ENTER or SPACE keys if toggleable==false

Description

The _onTitleKey function stops the event for the ENTER and SPACE keys even if toggleable==false. This becomes a problem if the TitlePane? contains an input widget, e.g. a quick filter box. The user would not be able to type in a string containing spaces because the space key event is stopped in the _onTitleKey function. I don't see a reason why this event should be stopped if toggleable==false.
