Awesome TimeZonePicker? widget that has a rotating world map + hiliting of selected land masses in the current timezone.

Images attached are awaiting approval based on usage rights, but are included in the ticket for testing purposes. Credit for the images is included in the widget.

I've cleaned up some of the coding style related things and removed a few lines of code that could be moved to template etc...

I forgot to attach the diff of the widget... this includes a few fixes that Chris has emailed me since the creation of this ticket :)
