drag and drop - target anchor visual

Description

At this moment a dojoDndItemBefore/dojoDndItemAfter class is added to a item of a drag and drop target when an dragged item can be dropped before or after the item. This results by default in a top border that is applied to the target anchor that indicates the drop zone.

We would like to add some more visual feedback by, for example, adding a div that indicates the space a dropped item would take or a preview of the state after the item is dropped. For example see the attached image.

This is not possible by customizing the dojoDndItemBefore/dojoDndItemAfter I think, but by overruling the _markTargetAnchor method that is intented to be private.

It would be nice if this method was intented by making it public to be overrules so this behavior can be overruled.

Or is this possible in some other way?
