Description
when too much lines in textarea and scrollbar here, then input lines, then enter, the top of textarea is scroll to, not the cursor to be scrolled. So, you cannot see what you input when inputting. It's very annoyed.
Worst on Chrome, worse on fixfox, OK on Safari, and IE9.
