no scrollbar but scrollbar space here, and empty space below grid

if click title to refresh or call update() asynchronously, the scrollbar will appear, and the empty space will disappear as attached pics.

DojoX Grid and EnhancedGrid are deprecated in favor of ​dgrid and ​gridx.

You should upgrade your code to use one of those two grids.

We will consider patches to the old DojoX Grid code though.
