I have attached the code of pageTurningUtils function and its test cases. Richard Redpath in IBM has contributed the page turning algorithm used in this utility function. Thanks a lot for his contribution.

Thanks Richard and onoat for the contribution. That looks cool and interesting. I fixed the test cases to conform to HTML5 syntax before committing.
