SortableTable 'sorted-column' should take precedence over 'alternateRowClass'

The sorted-column class is not taking precedence over the alternateRowClass and as such the sorted column has an 'alternate' appearance.

This is already possible by declaring your CSS properly:

td.sorted-column {

background: #FF0000 !important; padding: 2px;

}

Will get the affect you are asking for.

Possible? yes. Correct behavior? I'm not so sure. Alternation is a base display property of the table. Sort & selection are ehancements and as such should override the base properties implicitly and not require the use of '!important'.

That said, thanks for the work-around. I hope this will be 'fixed' in a later release.
