#14813 closed defect (worksforme)

Arrow icon now showing for ComboBox

Description

Can you think of any reason why the arrow would not show in my combobox control? I am including this stylesheet: dijit/themes/claro/claro.css. I have the claro class in my document body.

Looking at the source, I see that claro.css importa Select.css which references the icon like this: ../form/images/commonFormArrows.png

Do you guys have an idea of what I may be missing? I am concerned about having more them related issues.

I ran http://archive.dojotoolkit.org/nightly/dojotoolkit/dijit/tests/form/_autoComplete.html?testWidget=dijit.form.ComboBox which uses claro and the arrows are visible. There are many ways that you could have removed the arrow with custom CSS. Also, at widget instantiation time, you may have specified hasDropDown:false. Please load the above test page in a debugger and compare CSS for the down arrow nodes to your web page.
