FF: Cannot click properly on dijit form widgets when dialog is draggable

Reported by: Eric Poulin Owned by: Eric Poulin
Priority: undecided Milestone: tbd
Component: Dijit - Form Version: 1.7.1

Blocked By: Blocking:

If I have a dijit.form.TextBox?, such as a dijit.form.ValidationTextBox? on a dialog (either dijit.Dialog or dojox.widget.Dialog) that has the draggable:true attribute, when I click to focus on the text box, the cursor will not show or move to where I am clicking. This happens only in FireFox?.

Workaround: after calling show() on the dialog, set draggable to false;

dijit.byId("myDialog").show(); setTimeout("dijit.byId('mDialog').set('draggable', false)",500);

This sounds familiar, like #14274, but I guess it's different. Doug, can you take a look?

Please append a testcase AND try on Firefox 10. I edited dijit/tests/test_Dialog.html, changed the unmoveable test to say draggable:true, added a TextBox? to receive initial focus and then added a ValidationTextBox? widget as a second INPUT, loaded in Firefox 10 on Win7, and it works fine.
