On claro, TabContainer doesn't show focus correctly in IE9 when the document is in IE7 standards mode (the default for intranet pages).
The focused (and therefore) selected tab is white but there's no focus outline. Thus when there are other selected tabs on the page (from other TabContainers), it's impossible to tell which one has the focus.
