TabContainer appears to be broken in Mozilla 1.7.13

Description

With the latest changes to TabContainer? (changes after SVN revision 5666), it appears that the TabContainer? has been broken on Mozilla 1.7.X browsers. On Mozilla 1.7.X, whenever I click any of the tabs, the view will not switch. It always stays on the default tab. This can be easily seen in the tests for TabContainer?.

Note that IE 6.0.X and FireFox? 1.5.X seem to work fine (If you select a tab, it will switch to it). The problem seems to be scoped just to pure Mozilla 1.7.X.

in TabContainer?.js, focus is failing:
Error: this.titleNode.focus is not a function

I think the focus calls may just need to be inside try catch flocks for browsers that don't support tabIndex on <span>

Apparently Mozilla 1.7 doesn't have a focus function on domNodes.
