Umm, OK, I removed the references in https://github.com/dojo/docs/commit/c1036bcde991a9c0779044746c45b299df5e93d7, not sure if that will solve the confusion issue of having an undocumented file/directory in the release.

I'll set up a deprecated message in it so that we can remove it once 1.8 is released. Took a quick look; Aptana announced that they "were not dedicating resources to it based on lack of interest" in 2009, and it is definitely not available anymore at http://aptana.com .

It seems reasonable to remove it, but I got a new machine a bit ago, and have not properly set up to do source checkins, so this ticket is probably best done by a more active contributor.
I think it's safe to say that this can be closed as "wontfix", since AFAIK we don't support Jaxer anymore (and IIRC it's a dead project); if anyone finds references to it in the documentation, feel free to kill it.
