#1234 closed defect (fixed)

overriding the css template doesn't work

Reported by: [email protected] Owned by: bill
Priority: high Milestone:
Component: Widgets Version: 0.3
Keywords: Cc:
Blocked By: Blocking:

In IE: Using the templateCssPath parameter for a Tooltip seems to partially work. Adding text-decoration: none; to my css code does not prevent the underlining of the "Loading..." message from ContentPane?.

In FireFox?: In addition to the problem described above, using a custom template prevents the background and borders from appearing at all! If no template is defined and the default one is called, the beige background appears fine!

These problems did not start occuring until I recently updated the DOJO code. The older version of the code did not have these problems.

I checked w/the latest code. There's no underline under "Loading...", even if you declare your tooltip like <a href="..."> rather than <span href="...">. The templateCssPath parameter doesn't really work for any of the widgets. See for details on how to customize how a widget looks.

So, I'm gonna close this bug for now. If you are still having problems with the latest code, and can supply a simple test case, then feel free to reopen the bug.

Not having this problem anymore. It went from this, to the problem described in bug #1296 - a much more critical bug than this one was. If you could, please look into it.
