Column resize divisory line drawn out of place

1 open page: dojox/grid/tests/test_data_grid.html 2 narrow the browser so that the table does not fit in the browser width and an horizontal scrollbar appears 3 scroll to the right 4 use the column resizer between column 1 and 2 5 #fail the divisory line is drawn to the left instead of over the cursor (the offset is proportional to the amount of scrolled in the browser)
